Job Summary: The Caregiver’s role is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. Caregivers typically work with elderly or disabled individuals in a facility or home care setting. Caregiver Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Flexible Working Hours On Call bonus Employee referral bonus Travel time/Mileage reimbursement Mobile shift access Weekly pay w/ direct deposit Caregiver Responsibilities: Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when needed Perform light housekeeping duties including preparing meals and laundry.
