Tech Duties. Assists by facilitating and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the department under the direction of the Supervisor. This is a "hands on" working lead position which demonstrates knowledge of all department policies, procedures and equipment. The job duties affect direct patient care through the completion of tasks which allow others to provide direct care. Work requires internal contacts outside the work group to resolve mutual problems and to collaborate on work procedures.

24 hours per week

Day Shift

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Works only on the weekend

Work

  1. High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year experience in Sterile Supply required.

  2. To effectively perform all duties related to this position, orientation can vary from three (3) months to six (6) months depending on prior experience and an understanding of the basic principles of asepsis.
