This position is responsible for the coordinating the accurate and timely on boarding process for new hires and internal transfers. This will include processing background checks through the Applicant Tracking system as well following up on any discrepancies. Preparing new hire packets with all new hire paperwork, generating offer letters, assistance with updating recruitment reports such as job posting and LUC report. May assist recruiters with screening and scheduling of interviews. May conduct interviews for entry level positions. The job duties affect direct patient care through the completion of tasks, which allow others to provide direct care. Work requires internal contacts outside the department to resolve mutual problems and to collaborate on work procedures. Responsible for ensuring that satisfaction and service of internal contacts is maintained.

1 year of related experience required

Associate Degree required

Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and written and verbal communication required. Strong computer skills with experience working with MS Word, basic Excel, Internet and database applications to produce complex output (e.g., spreadsheets, graphic presentations, database reports, etc.). Ability to work with web-based programs not limited to an applicant tracking system. Previous HR Coordinator experience highly preferred.

40 hours per week
