Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team operating within the Government Contracting industry and located in Columbia, Maryland. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be involved in various technical tasks, including dealing with Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, and working with different operating systems.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong technical understanding of all aspects of Office 365 and EMS.

• Deploy and configure hardware for new employees, ensuring all end-user devices are set up correctly.

• Provide expertise in Active Directory, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and other related technologies.

• Handle troubleshooting tasks related to hardware, software, and network issues.

• Manage and maintain customer service standards, addressing and resolving customer inquiries effectively.

• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

• Utilize knowledge of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems as required.

• Stay updated with the latest in Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployment strategies.

• Contribute to team efforts by leveraging skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems.

• Work within the realm of government contracting, adhering to all specific guidelines and regulations. Requirements • Applicant must possess skills in Android Development.

• Knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies are required.

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies is a must.

• Applicants should have a working understanding of Database Management.

• Proficiency in EO/IR systems is necessary.

• Ability to work with Active Directory is essential.

• Experience with Apple Devices is required.

• Understanding of Computer Hardware is necessary.

• Skills in Configuration Management are critical.

• Experience in Deployments is required.

• Understanding of Intune is essential.
