Aston Carter Sr. Financial Analyst in Columbia City, Indiana

Job Summary: The FP&A Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budget and forecast.

  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in FP&A.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
