EGA Associates Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager in Colton, California

EGA Associates is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned company, and we work with schools, VA medical centers, department of Defense locations, governments, and commercial hospitals throughout the country. We assist with medical and education staffing.

We are hiring a Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing Assistant Unit Managers, Registered Nurses, and related support staff

oversee day to day unit operations

supervise, assign, review, and evaluate, prepares performance evaluations, prepares schedules

Requirements:

License as a Registered Nurse State of California

Prefer nurses with a minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, experience in Labor and Delivery Unit, and full scope supervision experience

Certifications:

  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification issued by Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN)

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) Certification issued by American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)

  • Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Healthcare Provider Level Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
