About ActiveHealth®: We work with self-insured employers, state and local governments, health plans and third-party administrators to measurably improve health outcomes for all members, especially those who are vulnerable and more difficult to engage. Our well-being solutions offer digital and live coaching. We cover 10 lifestyle focus areas such as tobacco cessation and weight management. And we offer support for 19 chronic conditions including diabetes, heart disease and chronic kidney disease. Our medical management solutions include care management and utilization management. Our strategic, collaborative approach leads to strong relationships with our clients. The average contract length is over six years, and our Net Promoter Score is 76.7. As the Vice President, Sales you will be responsible for managing consultant/broker relationships and a national level. Ensuring that all appropriate people in their H&W practices are familiar with AHM capabilities and have a positive view of us. You will work very closely with the territory assigned sales executives to drive pipelines and sales growth.This role allows work from home in any U.S. time zone.

Required Qualifications

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales working with consultants and brokers who work with very large sophisticated commercial and government plan sponsors. •Broad and deep relationships in the consulting and key broker community. •Track record of success selling care management and wellbeing services to large plan sponsors with this community. •Very strong communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
