Job Description

An Aviation company is looking for Structural Technicians in Colorado Springs, CO. The Structures Technician will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to fabricate sheet metal for use with mounting LRUs including part fitting by bending, filing, trimming, framing, and riveting to dimensions listed. They will mount fixtures on the interior and exterior, measure parts with calibrated tools, and monitor quality for verification by the quality team. Candidates will need to have a high level of skill with riveting including the ability to match drill and countersink holes and buck/squeeze countersunk/button head rivets on objects of various dimensions.

$40/hr

Skills and Requirements

Ability to obtain secret clearance + Clean Driving Record

Must provide own tools

HS Diploma/GED

4+ years structural experience with sheet metal for aircraft + experience Bucking/ Drilling Countersunk Rivets

Ability to read and interpret blueprints null
