Robert Half is currently looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Senior Accountant to join a rapidly growing organization in Colorado Springs! Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant with a 4-year degree in accounting, 3+ years’ experience in creating & posting journal entries, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close. Working knowledge with JD Edwards would be a plus. While this position is 100% on-site, our client offers a flexible work schedule for the right work-life balance. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Sr. Accountant role

• Proficiency in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations

• Experience in managing general ledger and journal entries

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

• Ability to handle month end close activities efficiently

• Familiarity with JD Edwards would be a plus.

• Proven track record in financial statement preparation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional certification such as CPA is a plus.
