Shift & Pay:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday - Thursday (compressed workweek schedule): $19-20/hr
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday – Thursday (compressed workweek schedule): $21.50-23/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate a variety of production equipment.
Operate traditional fabrication equipment.
Feed materials for processing and pull finished products from the line.
Utilize tools required for wafer and panel processing.
Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleanroom experience (preferred).
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent machine operating or assembly experience.
Skills: Ability to stand on your feet for 12-hour shifts and work overnight shifts.
Attitude: A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
