Focus on the Family Logistics Coordinator - Audio in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Logistics Coordinator – Audio position exists to aid and facilitate the efficient operation of the Audio Department ’ s logistical functions through specific delegations from the Syndication and Marketing Manager and includes shared support to and direction from Executive Producer, Podcas t Content.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receives, analyzes, and distributes Agency-provided monthly reports

  • Maintains affiliate records in Salesforce or other assigned database(s)

  • Serves internal clients and external partners in administering the spot creation process

  • Assists in Marketing efforts and materials, communicates and coordinates efforts between Syndication and Marketing teams, internal and external stakeholders, and our media agency

  • Coordinates events for affiliate relations, including YouTube updates, industry gatherings (NRB, CMB, etc.). This may include communication with our media agency, internal stakeholders, show hosts, FOF Creative staff, FOF Events department, hotel services, etc.

  • Helps host affiliate visits, planned and impromptu, to the FOF campus

  • Participates in and tracks portions of spot production process for various departments and marketing campaigns

  • Schedules audio spots for all FOF podcasts in Triton’s Dynamic Audio Insertion tool

  • Assists in creation, analysis, and distribution of various reports

  • Assists in Podcast Marketing

  • Assists in affiliate name capture campaigns, including planning, monitoring, and reporting

  • Represents the Audio Department on the phone, email correspondence, and in person

  • Utilizes and helps maintain established department systems, including SharePoint, Tableau, etc.

  • Understands the daily workflow necessities and administrative tasks within the department (queue management, request processing, meeting arrangements, purchasing, benevolent resource requests, and travel arrangements)

    Other Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the maintenance of confidential affiliate and financial records for other department needs

  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Working Environment/Physical Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented

  • Office environment containing professional/ethical care of counseling data

  • Ability to sit at dual computer monitor for extended periods of time

    Knowledge/Experience:

  • Bachelor ’ s Degree in Media, Communications or equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of FOTF mission, philosophy, values, and objectives

  • Knowledge of various software applications

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new projects/procedure and train others about them as needed

  • Experienced in timely and responsive actions to support senior leadership and logistical follow-through

  • Established in the maturity required to form trust through open lines of communication and fairness

    Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00/hr
