This position provides a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about network and systems administration and wants to gain the experience and knowledge of working in a diversified team environment. Our close-knit team provides opportunities to improve your IT knowledge, while having a lot of fun! Logs, tracks, and assists in solving user hardware and software problems. Experience troubleshooting and repairing computer systems and peripheral equipment. Performs day-to-day network administration duties, including user settings, network shares and resolution of user problems. Readies new computers and peripherals for service and use. Willingness to learn Credit Union specific Applications. Good communication and problem-solving skills required. Must be able to work as part of a team. Creativity is a plus.
Responsibilities include: This position is primarily Monday through Friday. Required to work Saturdays as assigned. Ability and willingness to work alone, irregular hours, extended hours, and weekends.
Education/Experience Requirements: Tier I - Two years of study in computer science or a related field or information technology certificate required. Related experience may be considered in lieu of certificate; combination of education and experience may be considered. Tier II - 1+ years' experience with BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent (in lieu of BA/BS degree, this position requires additional 4 years working experience or 2-year Associates degree plus 2 years working experience.
Pay Information: The pay ranges represent the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on overall performance. Tier I (GV 800) - $19.95 - $26.97 per hour Tier II (GV 900) - $21.92 - $29.62 per hour
