Position Overview

Infinity is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer for the Global Positioning System (GPS) Control Segment Sustainment (GCSII) test team at Schriever SFB in Colorado Springs, CO.

Primary Responsibilities

The I&T Engineer will perform software/hardware integration, problem fix verification, and regression testing on multiple software baselines, troubleshoot anomalous conditions, identify and document control segment deficiencies, and assist in problem resolution.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of GPS command and control system experience and familiarity with testing integrated systems and driving problem resolution.

• Excellent technical writing, planning and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Working knowledge of UNIX based operating systems.

   

  Preferred Qualifications

• GPS Architecture Evolution Plan (AEP) operations experience, including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and satellite software test systems is highly desired.

• Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

  Education/Experience  

  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with 2 years of professional experience or relative combination of education & experience.

  Clearance Requirement

  Secret clearance is required; TS/SCI is preferred.
