Position Details: Job Title: HVAC Technician Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80919 Shift Timing: (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) 1st Shift
Duties Inspections, planned maintenance, installing various building and HVAC equipment/components. Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment and building automation controls. Documentation of work activities and other work-related activities. Support ERT
Qualifications: HVAC experience in a commercial type setting. Universal card needed. Work within a team environment. Two to Four years of experience as an HVAC technician. Proficiency in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS) such as Siemens. Proficient with Microsoft office tools such as word, excel and outlook. A valid driver's license with no major infractions. Ability to obtain a secret clearance to work in a classified space. Ability to rotate on-call and respond to emergencies at the facility within 30 minutes while on-call. Experience working with municipal utility client. Trade school HVAC training or certificates.
