Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations of our McDonald's restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of dedicated staff, ensuring quality customer service, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities-

Operational Leadership:

  • Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets McDonald's high standards for quality, cleanliness, and service.

  • Monitor and manage food safety, product quality, and food preparation processes.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of department managers.

  • Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and motivation.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer satisfaction surveys.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

  • Maximize profitability through effective cost management and sales growth.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as McDonald's policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular safety and sanitation inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred) or 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Food Service Environment.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or restaurant industry.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Knowledge of McDonald's operational standards is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
