Description:

• Service Associates will be supporting our clients own customers with their needs

• This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day

• Calls may include; needing to change information, updating account info

• Could be very entry level calls or could be more complex with a number of things that could be coming up with their accounts

WORKING IN OFFICE REQUIRED

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Customer Service experience required

• Experience with MS Office products (MS Word, MS Outlook)

• Strong written and communication skills (Need to be able to communicate professionally with their clients via phone and email

Hours of operation: M-F 7am - 6pm

Pay: $20 h/r paid weekly, 40 hours a week
