Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Cyber Security Test Engineer to join our team supporting a MILSATCOM Program Management Office (PMO) within the US Space Force's (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO. You will will provide support to the cyber security operations staff in resolving cyber security issues as requested. As a Cyber Security Test Engineer with MTSI you will supporting a MILSATCOM Program Management Office (PMO) within the US Space Force's (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), CO. Also, the candidate will assist in the identification of non-compliant system settings, exploitable threats, and other system vulnerabilities This work is in support of the MILSATCOM portfolio of programs which will ensure we meet the needs of our emerging next-generation protected SATCOM.support US Space Force on the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT). The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Air Force's Space and Missiles System Center. We support the Air Force's acquisition of state of the art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation's warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will thrive in a highly collaborative work environment of small teams, using the most modern tools and methodologies to tackle the challenges of integrating complex space and ground communications systems. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Assist i authoring technical documentation including test plans, test procedures, technical white papers, and test reports. Use industry accepted and in-house developed tools to collect and aggregate cyber security data for use in identifying non-compliant system settings, exploitable threats, and other system vulnerabilities. Assist in the communication with system developers to further understanding of cyber security concepts and implemented controls. Provide the collected data to Information Systems Security Engineers (ISSE) in support of their assessment of system cyber security posture and support the cyber security operations staff in resolving complex cyber security issues as requested. Assist in the authoring and peer-reviews cyber security test plans and detailed test procedures that include step-by-step instructions for using advanced cyber security tools. Enhance cyber security testing processes and procedures through feedback and implementation. Assist in the reporting on cyber security program activities to upper management as requested. Qualifications

3+ years of experience with DoD/USAF test processes and documentation. 3+ years of experience with MILSATCOM systems, associated hardware, and troubleshooting. 3+ years of experience working with military or DoD civilian clients and
