Work you'll do

• Deloitte is in search of a Cybersecurity Curriculum Developer/Instructor with experience designing and developing training objectives, curricula, instructor guides, student guides, job aids, course outlines, and other course material utilizing instructional design models.

• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• This position will work onsite in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

Required

• BS/BA in a technical field OR BS/BA in a non technical field and a CISSO certification

• 3 years of cyber security experience with emphasis on cybersecurity course training development and 3 years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (Elastic Stack, Splunk, HBSS, or equivalent)

• Strong background /familiarity with Windows and Linux command line, networking, traffic analysis and MITRE ATT&CK framework

• Experience working on a cybersecurity team, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC), Cyber Protection Team (CPT) or Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP).

• Active Top Secret Clearance

• Live in the Colorado Springs area, and able to work onsite.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,981 to $154,969.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
