Description of Duties:

The Client Support Administration (CSA) Delivery Team Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

• Lead a team supporting users in a fast-paced, dynamic mission environment.

• Engage with cross-task order efforts to ensure enterprise needs and solutions are integrated with organization requirements.

• Oversee all Client Support Administrator (CSA) functions within the C2BMC Labs and Warfighter (CLAW) Organization while supporting integration and collaboration across IRES CSA teams as a whole.

• Lead client support administration functions, with an emphasis on end-user hardware and software asset management functions.

• Make informed tactical and strategic planning decisions for end-user support functions as part of the CLAW organizational and Directorate leadership group.

• Oversee the CSA functions by working directly with the team and providing guidance and support as needed.

• Manage large scale efforts, including those spanning multiple task orders and/or Government customers, to support enduser functional requirements.

• Provide escalation support to both the CLAW asset management team and CLAW project management teams.

• Support CLAW Delivery teams (DyT) by maintaining communication with DyT leads and managing functional oversight of the assigned End-User functions for both training and support.

• Monitor on-going or new tasking/efforts occurring within the End-User teams.

• Manage monthly metrics review of SLA (Service Level Agreement) Reporting and briefing.

• Provide governance over CSA Process and Policy development in collaboration and support of the CSA team.

• Manage control accounts for sustainment, break/fix and general sustainment stock requirements for multiple task orders. Understand and explain variances in cost and schedule, manage and complete reoccurring CAM documentation.

• Support integration and collaboration between CSA teams across the contract.

• Manage baseline for End-User devices by monitoring end of sale and end of support dates on current models.

• Complete CDRL reporting requirements within end-user scope.

• Track and maintain asset spares by ensuring an active inventory is maintained following established minimum stock level requirements.

• Engage with cross-task order efforts to ensure enterprise needs and solutions are integrated with organization requirements.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of general experience

• Must have 6 years of directly related experience

• Must have 3 years of experience working in a management or leadership role

• Must have Missile Defense Agency or Department of Defense Experience

• Must have a DoDD 8570 approved IAT or IAM Level I Certification

• Must have an active Secret, or higher, DoD Security clearance

Desired Requirements:

• Have experience supporting the IRES contract

• Have a DoDD 8570 approved IAT or IAM Level II Certification

• Have experience with Microsoft Office tools

• Have experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, and/or DNS

This position is expected to pay $107,700 - $132,700 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
