Whole Kids Co. is seeking talented individuals who share our commitment to delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within a trauma-informed framework. Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Starting Salary: $78,000 per year

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Upon commitment to Whole Kids Co. for a minimum of 6 months

Responsibilities:

-Trauma-Informed Care: Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee their implementation with a trauma-informed approach, prioritizing compassion and warmth. -Supervision and Mentorship: Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and other staff members, fostering happy, relaxed, and engaged interactions. -Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for clients and families, promoting connection and understanding.

Qualifications:

-Licensed BCBA: Hold a license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience working with individuals with special needs. -Commitment to Trauma-Informed Care: Demonstrate a deep appreciation for trauma-informed care and a dedication to meeting the unique needs of each child -Philosophy of Connection: Embrace ABA philosophies that prioritize regulations over expectations and connection over compliance, finding the balance between structure and empathy.
