Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks, from managing data within our accounting system to providing support to our leadership team. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, allowing you to grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary equipment is set up and refreshments are arranged.

• Maintain and update data within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all tasks.

• Prepare presentations on behalf of the leadership team, including compiling data, formatting slides, and proofreading content.

• Provide direct support to the leadership team in meetings by recording minutes, organizing documentation, and conducting follow-up actions.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining filing systems, managing correspondence, and offering assistance with general queries.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and project management skills by assisting in various special projects as needed.

• Use and maintain office equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the IT department.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks while managing multiple deadlines.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Experience with Banner Ads is necessary.

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual collaboration.

• Proficiency in Concur for expense management.

• CRM experience for managing customer relationships.

• Knowledge of About Time for efficient time tracking.

• Understanding of Budget Processes for financial planning.

• Expertise in Calendar Management for scheduling and planning.

• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction.

• Experience in dealing with C-Suite executives.

• Proficient in Data Entry for maintaining databases.
