  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for social workers; 25% after 90 days, with the remainder after one year! (Note: Remote or hybrid roles do not qualify for this bonus.)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide therapeutic and treatment planning services to residential patients, including group and individual counseling sessions using the approved curriculum for this company.

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop clinical trainings and ensure compliance with all governing regulations, including those set by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS), Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), Office of Behavioral Health Licensure (OBHL), and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

  • Offer ongoing clinical support and consultation to assigned clinical teams, guiding them in accordance with policies and procedures within the organization.

  • If independently licensed, provide clinical supervision to licensed clinical staff.

What You Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health.

  • 2 years of relevant experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.

  • Licensed Professional with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor).

Pay Details: $53,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
