Job Title: Pre Pack Manual Operator

Job Description

As a Pre-Pack Level 1 Operator, you play a crucial role in maintaining production lines, supporting machine cleaning, and proactively detecting safety and quality issues. Your responsibility includes ensuring equipment, materials, and tools are in good condition and meeting quality requirements. You will contribute to the utilization of pre-pack equipment and compliance with production standards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment, materials, and tools in good condition.

• Ensure quality requirements are met.

• Contribute to the utilization of pre-pack equipment.

• Comply with production standards and reporting.

• Adjust counting machines, baggers, and scales to ensure line quality and efficiency.

• Operate around and with automated equipment, ensuring proper component mixing and matching.

• Understand and apply knowledge of counting machines, material handling, manual tables, production documentation, and process escalation.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years in production or manufacturing

• Experience with assembly line and repetitive tasks

• Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and quality checks

• Experience with inventory, loading, and warehouse inventory

• General production and assembly skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $26.62
