What are your contributions to the team?

• You will be responsible for the control of internal and external audits, in order to comply with regulations.

• Direct support to plant engineering activities.

• Facilitates the methodologies for project management.

• Align objectives, metrics and plans for all plant engineering department.

• Develop and implement operational excellence

• Follow up KPI Indicators

How to thrive in this role?

• You have 5-8 years of relevant experience in Methods, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering.

• You have industrial Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Administration Bachelor Degreed

• You have Intermediate English level.

• You hold experience with Software MS Office, AutoCAD, SVISION, SAP (Maintenance Module)

• You have managed audits: AS9100, ISO14001, ISO55001.

• You have desired knowledge in lean manufacturing, manufacturing process, specialized aerospace process (chemical milling, shot peening, cold working, etc).

• You develop KPI´s.

• You facilitate working sessions
