What are your contributions to the team?

  • Define and validate the method to manufacture the electrical harnesses based on the specifications and interpretation of engineering drawings.

  • Provide technical support and solutions to production line.

  • Provide support to electrical tests and determine the testing requirements for the electrical assemblies based on the engineering and process requirements.

  • Create, modify and improve the visual work instructions.

  • Harmonize and implement improvements and/or specification changes in the electrical products.

  • Create rework instructions and identify the material needed for electrical assemblies in order to achieve the customer requirements.

  • Analize and manage non conformities in order to determine the required actions to contain and correct them.

  • Implement improvement ideas to get process optimization, increase capacity and cost reduction.

  • Identify the required tools for the electrical assemblies, validating engineering and ergonomic requirements.

  • Responds to customer requests and establishes clear communication.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Aerospace or Automotive Manufacturing areas.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields.

  • You have experience in electrical harness.

  • You have intermediate knowledge in Electrical Circuits concepts.

  • You have intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written), able to hold a conversation.

  • You hold proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (Graphic Charts, Pivot Tables, VBA & Macros) and Power Point

  • Highly motivated, teamwork, continuous improvement, results-driven mindset, service attitude and problem-Solving abilities.

  • You have knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, Mentor Graphics, DITMCO, Publisher is a plus.

  • You have availability to rotate shifts (1st and 2nd).
