Oracle ERP Finance Principal Consultant in COLOMBES, France

Job Description

The Consultant will be part of the ERP France team who is part of a larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization

Additional responsibilities:

  • Support and advise existing customers in the optimal use of the ERP Cloud products and related business

  • Working with existing and new customers to understand their requirements and deliver the perfect solution for their needs

  • Work closely with project team members, in particular, Project Managers, Solution Architects and other functional leads

  • Work closely with other departments (eg Client Success Managers, Support, Development and Sales)

  • Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design

  • Design and document solutions to automate business processes and satisfy requirements with Oracle ERP

  • Execute the set-up of the system and assure solution consistency and customer satisfaction in relation to KPI's

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Master Business degree/ University and or Bachelor degree in Financial / Accounting Management

  • Proven > 3 years’ experience Consulting on Oracle ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle ERP Cloud or EBS)

  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation

  • Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to their Finance Operation and Administration, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions

  • Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (e.g. professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time reporting)

  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business.

  • Fluency in French; good level in English

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
