Job Summary

Summary: Uses Concessions equipment to cook and prepare food for athletic events. When needed, directly supervises food-service associates in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares, cooks, and wraps food for service in Concessions.

• Uses Concessions equipment (grills, fryers, flat tops, warmers, etc.) in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.

• Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.

• Operates and cleans equipment in accordance with department procedures after each event.

• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy; maintains established food rotations in storage in order to minimize spoilage and waste.

• Scheduled for earliest shifts in order to be prepped and ready for event day.

• Advises management of purchasing requirements with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
