Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst III in Coconut Grove, Florida. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our team, providing first-line technical support to end-users within the banking industry. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues related to hardware, software, and network services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to bank employees via phone, email, or in person.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 and related applications.

• Assist in managing and supporting JDE EnterpriseOne system, resolving user issues as necessary.

• Perform basic security tasks, including monitoring, vulnerability identification, and applying security patches.

• Configure and set up workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform basic networking tasks.

• Assist with the setup, management, and maintenance of virtual machines (VMware).

• Ensure timely response and resolution of help desk tickets.

• Document and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff.

• Collaborate with team members to support IT infrastructure projects.

• Maintain hardware and software inventory records. Requirements

• Proficiency in Android Development

• Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Knowledge of Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Knowledge of Apple Devices

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Deployments

• Experience with JDE EnterpriseOne

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

• Familiarity with VMware

• Comptia A+ certification is required
