Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Complete planned and emergency maintenance work assignments in a safe and timely fashion. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on conveyors, gear reducers, chains, belt drives, cappers, fillers, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more. Repair equipment electrically, including motors, PLCs, gear boxes, and control panels. Maintain packaging and production systems and equipment. Welding skills are preferred but not required. Complete all required records and paperwork neatly, accurately, and promptly. Operate machinery efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and emergency maintenance work assignments.

Work Environment

Work in a mid-sized manufacturing company located in Hunt Valley, MD, specializing in packaging and labeling. Join a team of 60 employees, with 9 in the maintenance department. The work environment is clean and safe, and you will be working on the production floor repairing machinery, as well as occasionally entering a clean room.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
