Job Title: HR Specialist

Job Description

We seek an HR Specialist to provide daily support to our Human Resources team. You will process data for employee transactions, including new hires, status changes, and terminations within the PeopleSoft HRIS. You will ensure data integrity by comprehending the complexities of PeopleSoft HRIS and offering guidance to HR on requests. You will also maintain employee files and records in compliance with internal policies and government contractor requirements. Additionally, you will perform routine audits using data exports from PeopleSoft HRIS to ensure accuracy and provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality is crucial in this role.

Hard Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience working directly in an HRIS

  • PeopleSoft experience preferred

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cockeysville, Maryland.

Work Environment

On site M-F 8am-5pm. No remote flex at this time.
