ManpowerGroup Equipment Maintenance Technician in Cockeysville, Maryland
Our client, a leading medical manufacturing company, is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, mechanical proficiency, and a safety-conscious mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician
Location: Hunting Valley, Maryland
Pay Range: $34.10/hour
What's the Job?
Perform routine setup, operation, and maintenance of complex automated manufacturing equipment.
Conduct mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical repairs and adjustments as needed.
Monitor production lines and proactively evaluate equipment performance for repairs.
Assist with root-cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment utilization.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience OR a certificate with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including troubleshooting complex equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical/pneumatic schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints.
Strong communication skills and flexibility to work with various teams and tasks.
Knowledge of sensor technology, hydraulics, temperature controllers, and basic machining.
