What We're Looking For:
CCRN is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Aide/Personal Care Assistant to join our caring and compassionate teams at various schools in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a Behavioral Health Aide you will provide individualized behavioral support services in school-based settings to students with special needs.

What you'll do:
- Provide in school support to assigned student with special needs
- Maintain positive relationships with teachers and other staff
- Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
Timely submission of daily student summaries and clinical documentation, including PCA interventions, observation of behaviors displayed, etc.
What you'll need:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and related Behavioral Health experience
- (1-3) years of direct care experience OR a combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain necessary clearances and complete CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) trainings
- Teaching Certificates
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Must be able to work with "high-risk" consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities.
