Position Summary:

Currently looking to hire a candidate to work out of our location in Coal Valley, which is responsible for making wooden crates and shipping containers for customers such as Arconic, Caterpillar, and Plastics Unlimited. This person will ideally be groomed into becoming the next operations manager, so candidates that are looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity that has potential to be very lucrative should apply!

Job Details:

• This role will involve the candidate learning all facets of the operation, from - production, IT, data entry, logistics, safety, and orientation.

• Be comfortable with standing for long periods of time

• Be able to follow written and verbal instructions

• Be comfortable using tools such as a hammer, Band Cutter, Bander, Pallet Jack, Tape Measure, and Pneumatic Nail Gun

• Be able to fill out productivity sheet and shipping tags legibly

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure.

• Ability to life approximately 40 pounds or more

• Must have ability to comfortably navigate computers

• Preferably have an associates/bachelors degree, but not required

• Ideal candidates would be an individual who recently finished school, but has yet to find their career path.

Additional Information:

• 1st shift only!

• $20/hr to start, with incremental raises based on progression

• Weekly pay + Full Benefits (Medical/dental/vision)
