Production Supervisor

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor who will manage day-to-day supervision of employees with a focus on optimizing all resources (manpower, methods, materials, and machines) to meet the daily production schedule and customer delivery requirements.

  • The successful candidate will manage 70-90 employees, promote unity and teamwork through Servant Leadership, administer company policies, coordinate shift staffing and training, ensure safety, monitor production processes, and implement Lean practices.

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

  • Shift: Monday through Friday with current Saturday shifts.

  • Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 + Bonuses

  • Holidays, PTO/Vacation

  • This is a non-climate controlled environment.
