LifePoint Health Physician Support Analyst - Information Technology - FT - Days in Clyde, North Carolina
Analyzes business processes and data to identify opportunities to automate and/or improve existing processes using information technology.
Performs market and industry research to support conclusions and recommendations. Develops and provides recommendations regarding business process/performance improvements.
Serves as a consultant to management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
Acts as a liaison between the departments and IT. This includes, but is not limited to, awareness of the appropriate use of applications throughout the hospital.
Prepares documentation for new and existing system processes.
Associate's Degree Required
Graduate of a Program in Discipline Preferred
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of two years' experience with healthcare application support and/or development or equivalent experience in a healthcare related field.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
