The Snowflake Global HR Compliance Team is expanding, and we're looking for a Senior HR Compliance Analyst to join us in scaling our program to meet the demands of a growing business. This role will report into the Senior Manager of Global HR Compliance and will have compliance related duties and responsibilities across HR with a focus on HR compliance for public sector customers, government reporting, policy governance, and compliance process design and implementation. The Senior HR Compliance Analyst role is an in-office hybrid position located in one of our 7 office locations: Dublin, CA San Mateo, CA Bellevue, WA Atlanta, GA Washington DC New York City, NY Chicago, IL AS A SENIOR HR COMPLIANCE ANALYST AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Assist and support HR with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring of conformance to the requirements of legislation, regulations, company policies, and contract commitments. Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automation in HR compliance related processes, scope requirements, and manage implementation of process improvements. Manage the completion of regulatory compliance report filings (e.g., EEO-1, AAP, VETS, Pay Equity, etc.) through collaboration with stakeholders. Work with HRBPs, ER, and Employment Legal on complex HR compliance issues. Draft, implement, and manage ongoing governance of HR policies. Maintain accurate and complete records of all HR compliance activities. OUR IDEAL SENIOR HR COMPLIANCE ANALYST WILL HAVE: AT A MINIMUM: 8 years of experience in an HR Compliance role with employers subject to the regulations enforced by the OFCCP. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Documented experience managing public sector compliance in the HR space (e.g., FedRAMP, CJIS, DoD, security clearances, etc.). Experience managing mandatory government reporting, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, CA Pay Data, etc. Experience drafting and managing governance of employment policies including Leaves and Time Off, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Remote Working, Right to Work, etc. Demonstrated ability to use a consultative approach with all levels of management. Demonstrated ability to think critically and analyze and communicate complex information to all levels of the organization. Experience with wage and hour and time tracking requirements at all jurisdictional levels. Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines with limited supervision. PREFERABLY: Global HR Compliance experience and understanding of HR compliance requirements in LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. Experience working for a high growth tech company.
