Requisition Summary The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will lead NA Purchasing efforts in setting supplier compliance requirements, creating supplier compliance metrics and reporting, collecting relative supplier data, and maintaining accurate supplier compliance records as they relate to environmental, sustainability, and governmental requirements. This position will interface with various PACCAR divisions and departments as well as external third-party agencies in executing actions that support PACCAR's compliance programs. Job Functions / Responsibilities Lead Purchasing efforts related to compliance including PFAS reporting, Supplier Cyber Security, Supplier Code of Conduct, Conflict Minerals, and sanctioned materials Engage with internal stakeholders to assure Purchasing and supplier compliance programs meet PACCAR and regulatory authority requirements. Define and establish supplier compliance requirements and metrics. Create data collection and maintenance mechanisms to assure accurate compliance reporting. Lead supplier data collection efforts in collaboration with internal and external third-party agencies. Provide periodic reporting on PACCAR's supply chain compliance efforts and results. Engage with internal and external sources to remain up to date on regulatory requirements and how they relate to PACCAR's supplier chain compliance objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain compliance and reporting efforts. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5years of Purchasing, Supply Chain, Compliance, or related experience. Strong working knowledge related to supply chain, compliance, and regulatory requirements such as material and labor restrictions, sanctions, and government reporting. Demonstrated success working on intra-division program teams. Demonstrated presentation skills, including senior management. Effectively manage multiple tasks, take initiative, strong team player and problem-solver. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Creative, quality and results-driven work ethic. Strong analytical skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Able to travel both domestically and internationally. Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
