Smartsheet is seeking an experienced tax professional to join our growing Tax team as an International Tax Manager. The International Tax Manager is a key team member who will gain exposure to a wide variety of tax topics and will be involved in Smartsheet's federal and international tax filings as well as transfer pricing, special projects and tax research. You will report to our Sr. Director of Tax located in our Bellevue office. This role is remote eligible with a preference for Mountain or West Coast time zones. Responsibilities Manage the Company's non-US income tax compliance processes Assist with preparation and review of foreign entity US GAAP tax provisions including return to provision adjustments as needed Prepare and review foreign corporate income tax returns and estimated payments Assist with transfer pricing including ensuring transfer pricing is accounted for in accordance with the Company's transfer pricing policies Assist with foreign VAT and indirect tax filings Proactively manage and maintain tax compliance deadlines Perform tax research for federal and international tax issues Assist with special tax projects as they arise, such as tax planning, acquisitions, and new entity formation initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5+ years multinational corporate tax experience in a public accounting firm or equivalent experience in a large corporate tax department Proficient in Excel, Word and online research software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail oriented, analytical and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications At least 3 years of multinational corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm and at least 2 years experience in multinational corporate tax department Perks & Benefits: HSA, 100% employer-paid premiums, or buy-up medical/vision and dental coverage options for full-time employees Stock - Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) for eligible roles Lucrative Employee Stock Purchase Program (15% discount) 401k Match to help you save for your future (50% of your contribution up to the first 6% of your eligible pay) Monthly stipend to support your work and productivity Flexible Time Away Program, plus Incidental Sick Leave US employees are automatically covered under Smartsheet-sponsored life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability plans US employees receive 12 paid holidays per year Up to 24 weeks of Parental Leave Personal paid Volunteer Day to support our community Opportunities for professional growth and development including access to LinkedIn Learning online courses Company Funded Perks, including a counseling membership, local retail discounts, and your own personal Smartsheet account Teleworking options from any registered location in the U.S. (role specific) Smartsheet provides a competitive range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
