We are seeking an experienced and strategicGlobal Benefits Senior Analyst who will play a critical role in managing the Global Benefits outsourced vendors with responsibilities including vendor onboarding, managing contracts and renewals, and payment activities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global benefits vendor management strategies that ensure the vendor onboarding and renewal process is optimized, invoicing and payment procedures are processing timely and correctly, develop dashboard reporting of global benefits spend, and maintain the contractual process (including partnering with internal teams, such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, Data Privacy and Security) associated with vendor management. This position will report directly to the Employee Benefits Project Manager and requires to be based out of a Snowflake office at least 3 days per week. AS THE GLOBAL BENEFITS SENIOR ANALYST, YOU WILL: Serve as the subject matter expert for the global benefits team regarding vendor contracts, renewals and related financial management functions. Build and maintain relationships with key internal contacts such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement globally and regionally, to facilitate collaboration across teams on financial and contracting matters. Optimize the vendor onboarding and financial management process for all Benefit program partners. Identify potential opportunities and gaps to streamline, leverage external best practices, and expand and improve internal controls that are aligned across our key partners and stakeholders that partner on vendor and financial management oversight. Create an improved global benefit team approach to managing and supporting the Purchase Order and invoice tracking process, including PO/invoice issue resolution (in partnership with the Procurement, AP and Legal contract teams). Create Purchase Orders (PO), monitor approval status and maintain PO balances by partnering with members of the global benefits team. Manage and plan for benefit contract implementations, renewals and financial system set ups. Lead optimization in how benefits spend is managed, tracked, and reported for each country. Develop a global benefits spend dashboard, that is updated timely and shared with stakeholders. Research and resolve issues with vendor payments for benefit programs/services invoices. Partner with region and country benefit and finance teams on payment options and status. Identify ad hoc and standard reporting needs and analyze benefit focused procurement data. Provide insights and recommendations. Act as the primary point of contact for all benefits payment and contract questions Support strategic benefit proposals with financial data and insights gained from managing the end-to-end benefits financial infrastructure. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: 8+ years of Benefits, HR, or Finance experience ideally in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment. Experience managing benefit programs, including international benefit vendors preferable. Experience with global/multi-national and matrixed organizations. Project leadership and process improvement background. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems; lead cross-organizational efforts; build relationships across organization boundaries; commitment to quality and continuous improvement; analysis skills and detail-oriented. Ability to use sound business judgment when collaborating with stakeholders. Proven ability to execute processes accurately and on time.
