Smartsheet is looking for aDirector, Employment Brand to define and communicate ouremployer brand and culture. You will lead marketing initiatives that share and enhance Smartsheet's story and reputation throughout the employee journey, ensuring that communication and engagement efforts reinforce Smartsheet's high-performance culture and elevate the employee experience. This remote role is based in the US and reports to the Vice President, Talent. You Will: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy, including an engagement roadmap and calendar, to align the talent and corporate brand Define, communicate, and refine our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, engage, and retain top talent, using persona-based, candidate-centric, and employee-centric content in various formats Collaborate with recruitment, talent development, DEI, Marketing and workforce planning teams to create global marketing campaigns and content Align People communications with company culture, values, and goals Empower brand ambassadors through the employee advocacy program and ensure the creation of consistent, creative content Establish and monitor goals to measure the effectiveness of initiatives Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that promote a sense of belonging and representation across all teams Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment between company values and culture Partner with the Learning and Development team to deliver programs that support career growth, leadership development, and skill-building Other duties as assigned You Have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 8+ years of leadership in employer branding or talent marketing within a corporate environment, including a minimum of 4 years managing teams to drive performance and support professional growth. Success in creating and implementing employer brand strategies and campaigns across diverse regions, balancing local market needs with a unified global vision. Expertise in partnering with external agencies to develop and execute EVP initiatives that engage diverse talent audiences. Demonstrate superb cross cultural skills with the ability to successfully approach, build trust and negotiate across multiple cultures, markets, and community/business leaders. Delivered in a tech environment through superb project management and collaboration. Ability to convey complex ideas, unique concepts, and proposals to enroll team, peers, and leadership Comfort and experience working with employees and leaders at all levels and galvanizing others into action around building more diverse and inclusive environments.
