Emerson Quality Support Administrator with French in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

In this role you will provide support for the French organization on the Quality departments, ensuring a good collaboration between the Quality & HSE leaders with the process owners and continuously improving the performance of the processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provides support for the French organization on the QHSSE departments X-BU

  • Help the organization maintain the MASE & ISO certifications (9001, 45001)

  • Update documentation (manuals, procedures, templates, FIPs, KPIs, etc.) and publish online on the QSHE SharePoint

  • Continuously improve the QMS in order to improve the performance of QMS processes

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Good knowledge of French language (verbal and written)

  • Proficiency in English language

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in quality, safety, regulation domain or similar

  • Knowledge in SAP or Oracle
