This role leads all aspects of ensuring the leadership of a 12-15 team with various roles and responsibilities – Project Administration, Project Planning, Project Controller, and Documentation Controller, at various seniority.

In this position, you will be in charge of recruitment, employee development, performance management, workload assignment, prioritization, and utilization of the team, and be a key player in the process of organizational change for the business with regard to the responsibilities of the project control roles – Project Administrators, Project Planners, Project Controllers, and Documentation Controllers.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Be responsible for matching the business needs with the team's availability, ensuring the best person is assigned to the job

• Ensure knowledge transfer within the team happens regularly. Identify standard methodology for the project processes

• Supervise teamwork and support timely issue resolution and follow-up. Works in partnership with European Operations to quantify service levels and set achievable targets for the team

• Work together with the Manager Projects to develop team meaningful metrics (KPI) and reporting structure

• Work and support on process improvement initiatives for the functions and tools

• Maintain open communication with the Country Project Management and Support leadership

• Give input into the forecasting and strategic planning of the department, acting as an integral part of the Project Management and Control Group leadership team

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• University degree

• Very strong understanding of Project Management processes

• Experience in people management/coordination – preferred, strong customer services demeanor

• Ability to communicate, at all levels of the organization, experience with Process Change

• Confirmed experience with managing processes

• Proficient English - plus at least one other European language nice to have
