Driver Responsibilities:
Must have a safe driving record.
Operates a semi-truck, vac/hydro truck, or dump truck according to the applicable state and federal transportation laws.
Perform and document pre-and post-trip inspections.
Assist in loading and unloading the trailer, where applicable.
Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the trailer.
Cleans and perform routine maintenance on truck and trailer.
Communicating and coordinating with supervisors.
Maintaining a detailed log of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Other job duties as assigned.
Driver Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Unexpired CDL truck driver's license.
Current Medical Examiners certificate.
Hazmat endorsement a plus.
Vac and Hydro Vac experience a plus.
Must have experience with over-the-road tandem axle tractors and 53-foot trailers, dump trucks, or vac/hydro trucks.
