HADC Services, LLC Resident Assistant - Evergreen Knoll in Cloquet, Minnesota
As a Resident Assistant at Evergreen Knoll, you will be a part of a supportive and hard-working team helping to enrich the lives of our seniors and bring a ray of sunshine to their day.
If you enjoy helping others and want to make a real impact in the lives of seniors, then this entry level position is for you. Job responsibilities include assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled; performing housekeeping duties; observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition; assisting with meals as directed; and passing medications and supervising resident self-administration.
Shifts/Hours:
6a-2p, part-time 32 hours bi-weekly, including every other weekend
10p-6a, part-time 32-40 hours bi-weekly, including every other weekend. This shift is awake.
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00
+$0.50 for CNA certification and +$1.00 for both CNA and TMA certifications!
Shift differentials for 10p-6a and weekends!

Experience not necessary, we are willing to train you and provide all the support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.
Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.
In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
