Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to assist in Data Entry/Customer Service duties in the Logistics Space.

The role involves acting as a communication liaison by receiving, sending, and distributing emails.

You will be required to maintain prompt daily attendance and be in contact with service center personnel in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. Responsibilities also include efficiently sorting, handling, and processing paperwork as needed, as well as typing, data entry, scanning, and filing.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s) before transitioning as a direct and long term employee.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clinton, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Monday - Friday.

HOURS: 10 am start time, 8.5 hour shift (30 minute lunch). Training may be at 6am but will stillbe 8 hour days.
