Hill's Pet Nutrition invites applications for the position of Infrastructure Site Coordinator, to join our end user support team at our Clinton, Oklahoma Plant as part of the Global Information Technology (GIT Organization). The position is part of a team that is responsible for supporting our end users and plant operations. They provide on-the-ground IT support in troubleshooting technology, supporting meetings and events, maintaining network reliability and much more.

What you'll do:

IT Support and Communication:

  • Participate in plant management meetings and assist with IT onboarding.

  • Provide updates on local IT projects and serve as a liaison for technology teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with GIT standards.

  • Align plant needs with global Smart Factory initiatives and GIT policies.

System and Asset Management:

  • Manage system performance, reliability issues, and ensure compliance with audit and security standards.

  • Oversee IT costs, manage procurement and maintenance of IT equipment, and handle relationships with external vendors.

  • Find opportunities for workflow automation to improve efficiency.

Project and Process Alignment:

  • Coordinate local IT projects with GIT organization and guide local and regional IT project execution.

  • Support OT infrastructure and review support issues to provide second-level site support as needed.

  • This provides a more streamlined summary while still capturing the core responsibilities of IT support, system and asset management, and project alignment.

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working in an IT support environment.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficient to advanced skill level in implementing and supporting the following technologies:

  • End user devices (PC’s, Apple Compute, Smart Phones, Tablets)

  • Windows 10 / Mac OS / Server 2016 / Windows Active Directory

  • LAN (including Cisco wireless),

  • Google G-Suite Workplace

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business) OR equivalent related work experience

  • A/V experience

  • IT/OT Network and Controls experience

  • Scripting and workflow automation experience

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $72,400.00 - $114,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.

  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually

  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year

  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
