Randstad is currently seeking candidates for the position of Multi Craft Maintenance Technician for a Cleveland, TN area company. Salary ranges $72k - $75k annually and will be dependant upon work experience and skill set of candidate. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. Responsibilities

Safely provide maintenance support to a fast paced manufacturing facility that is equipped with technology ranging from simple to state of the art.

Utilize both excellent mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and electrical/electronic skills and knowledge (PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) in our continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime metrics.

Critical thinking; predictive and preventative maintenance, finding root cause of failure. Work positively with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem solving skills.

Ability to work alone, with a partner, or as a member of a team maintaining safety, quality & productivity.

Engaged in preventative maintenance processes through facility.

Willingness to cross train and learn new skills in other technical areas to enhance capabilities.

Able to work with computer system for maintenance processes, stores and work order.

At least one year of successful mechanical and electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing facility.

On-the-job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected.

Maintenance experience in client industry a plus, strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, electrical and electronics technologies. Excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem solving skills.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working weekends
