Express Employment Professionals Leasing Agent in Cleveland, Tennessee
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a part-time leasing agent for a company in Lenoir City, TN.
Leasing AgentResponsibilities:
- Assist the property manager in showing newly renovated homes to potential residents
- Assisting with leasing applications/set-up
- Phone operations
- Sales - promoting houses
- Email correspondence
- Other duties as needed
Leasing AgentQualifications:
- Ability to travel between properties (gas will be paid per travel)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Intrada software is preferred but not required
Leasing agentShift:
- Mon-Fri | 8A-5P (between these hours) (Some Saturdays when needed)
- Part-time
- Temp-to-hire
- In-office
