Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing wholesale manufacturing company for a Customer Service/Data Entryposition in the Sevierville, TN area.
Job Title Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service and support via telephone, email, and online chat
- Processing orders
- Updating customer database
- Order entry
- Other duties as needed
Customer Service RepresentativeQualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-3 years in an office setting
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
