We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join a high profile warehouse team in the Cleveland, TN area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing products for shipment, ensuring that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. HS Diploma/GED required. A resume is required for this position!!

salary: $18 - $19.5 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Accurately pick products from shelves according to order specifications using handheld scanners or pick lists.

• Packing: Safely pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring items are protected during transit and labeled correctly.

• Quality Control: Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing; report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.

• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and organization to ensure efficient operations.

• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols to minimize risks.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.

• Equipment Use: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed (training provided).

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 40lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
